Implementation starts February 1
brightwheel is an online child care management system designed to make life easier for both families and staff. It offers a variety of features including online billing and management, real-time updates on a child's day, simplified check in/check out process, learning and milestone logs, enrollment and attendance reports, better communication between the teachers and parents, as well as staff reports and time cards.
We will begin using brightwheel on February 1. At that time, we will be using the billing and check-in features first. Once we get comfortable with that, we will begin introducing other features to families and staff.
Existing families, you will be receiving information and instructions from the director or staff in order to create your account on brightwheel. Starting on February 1, you can access your account by clicking on "sign in" on the navigational menu.

brightwheel will modernize how we enroll, communicate, bill, and engage with our families. It is going to be a very positive change for CrossWays Preschool!
Caps Collection Project
Thank you for donating caps!
Thank you to all our CrossWays Preschool and Celebration! Childcare students and families that helped us collect plastic caps. Caps collected previously were turned into a bench for our playground by a recycling company in Indiana. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are no longer able to collect additional caps.
